Nature of the website
The website is primarily intended for wholesale, supply and private-label manufacturing for brands, stores and companies. Displayed prices may be indicative until confirmed in a final quotation or pro forma invoice.
Minimum order
The general wholesale minimum is 12 pieces, subject to any product-, colour-, print- or manufacturing-specific minimum stated in the quotation.
Specifications and approval
The buyer is responsible for reviewing and approving designs, colours, sizing, materials, printing, embroidery, labels, packaging and samples/technical specifications before production. Written or electronic approval authorizes production. Later changes may affect cost and timing.
Intellectual property
The buyer warrants that it owns or is licensed to use any artwork, logo, wording or other material it supplies. ILEERA's name, images and content may not be used to imply agency, partnership or endorsement without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ILEERA's direct liability relating to an order is limited to the value of the affected part of that order. This does not exclude fraud, gross fault or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Egyptian law. The parties will first attempt an amicable resolution within 15 days after written notice. Egyptian courts have jurisdiction unless a signed export quotation or contract contains a different forum or arbitration clause.
