Shipping scope
ILEERA Fashion for Ready-Made Garments Manufacturing ships wholesale orders to Arab countries, subject to destination serviceability, carrier availability, customs requirements and applicable restrictions.
Order confirmation
Submitting an order through the website is a request and is not final acceptance or a binding sale. ILEERA reviews availability, quantities, sizes, colours and destination, then issues a quotation or pro forma invoice stating the final price, preparation time, payment schedule, shipping cost and delivery terms. An order is confirmed only after written approval and receipt of the required cleared payment.
Preparation time
- Ready-stock products are normally prepared within 2–3 days after payment and availability confirmation.
- Custom or private-label products are normally prepared within 14 business days after sample/specification approval and receipt of the deposit, unless the quotation states otherwise.
- Preparation time excludes transit, customs clearance, public holidays and customer approval delays.
Shipping cost
Shipping is quoted per order based on destination, actual/volumetric weight, parcel count, transport mode, insurance and required services. Import duties, taxes and clearance are not included unless expressly stated.
Customs, duties and delivery terms
Where relevant, the quotation will identify the agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place. Unless the pro forma invoice expressly states that ILEERA bears import charges, the buyer is responsible for destination import clearance, duties and taxes.
Address, receipt and transit damage
The buyer must provide accurate consignee, address, phone and customs information. Visible transit damage or missing parcels should be recorded with the carrier and reported to ILEERA with photos, an unboxing video, shipping document and invoice within 48 hours.
Delays and force majeure
ILEERA is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, strikes, government actions, service outages or other events beyond reasonable control, but will reasonably assist with shipment follow-up.
