Scope
These terms apply to wholesale and custom orders without limiting any mandatory statutory consumer rights that may apply to a consumer transaction.
Inspection and reporting
The buyer must inspect goods on receipt and report shortages, specification differences or manufacturing defects within 14 days, providing the order/invoice number, affected SKU and quantity, clear evidence and an unboxing video where relevant. Affected goods must not be used or washed before inspection.
Ready-stock returns and exchanges
Unused, unwashed, non-custom ready-stock goods may be approved for return or exchange within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. Where there is no ILEERA error or defect, the buyer bears return and reshipping costs, and legally non-refundable payment or shipping costs may be deducted.
Custom products
Custom-made, printed, embroidered, labelled, packaged or otherwise buyer-specific goods cannot be returned when they conform to the approved sample and specifications. Verified manufacturing defects or material non-conformity remain eligible for an appropriate remedy.
Remedies for verified defects
Following inspection, ILEERA may repair, replace, remake, issue an agreed credit, or refund the affected goods where another remedy is not practicable. ILEERA bears reasonable shipping costs for a verified defect or its own error.
Cancellation
Ready-stock orders may be cancelled before stock reservation or preparation, subject to actual non-refundable costs. For custom orders, design, sample, material and completed-work costs may be deducted. Once the sample is approved or materials, cutting, printing or production begin, the deposit is non-refundable and the buyer may remain liable for work and materials exceeding the deposit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible, normally within 14 business days after approval and receipt of any goods requiring inspection. Banks and payment providers may take additional processing time.
