ILEERA

Payment Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Currencies and prices

Prices and quotations are issued in EGP or the currency stated on the pro forma invoice. The price, currency and any exchange basis are fixed only for the quotation validity period.

Domestic Egyptian prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Export transactions are taxed according to applicable Egyptian law and qualifying export documents, and ILEERA issues the appropriate official invoice.

Payment methods

Depending on the buyer's country, currency and the payment provider actually enabled, payment methods may include bank transfer/SWIFT, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, enabled local methods, official payment links, irrevocable confirmed letters of credit payable at sight, or approved documents-against-payment collection.

Where a US or UAE payment account processes the transaction, the collecting legal entity must be identified clearly at checkout or on the payment request and receipt. The card-statement descriptor should be a recognizable name associated with ILEERA or ileerallc.

Ready-stock and custom orders

Ready-stock wholesale orders must be paid 100% in advance before reservation, preparation and dispatch. Custom production requires a 50% production deposit after quotation and sample/specification approval, and production does not begin until that deposit has cleared. The remaining 50% is due after production and inspection but before dispatch or release of shipping documents. Goods are not dispatched until the full balance has cleared.

The deposit becomes non-refundable after materials are procured or sample, cutting, printing or production work begins, except where ILEERA fails to perform the agreed work. Production and dispatch begin only after cleared funds are confirmed.

Samples

The initial sample is free of charge. The buyer pays its shipping, delivery and customs costs. Extra samples requested because the buyer changes previously approved specifications may be separately quoted before work begins.

Payment and transfer fees

Each party bears its own local bank fees. Correspondent-bank, conversion or payment-method charges are allocated as stated in the quotation, and ILEERA must receive the net invoiced amount unless agreed otherwise.
